We are happy to announce that CryptoLocalATM, the largest Bitcoin ATM provider present on the Italian and European territory for the exchange of cryptocurrencies, announces that on 27 May 2022 it has obtained the registration number PSV13 in the register for virtual currency operators managed by ‘Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM), which exclusively and autonomously takes care of the Lists of Financial Agents and Credit Mediators to operate in Italy.
The registration in the register was made in the name of CLS SRL, the legal entity of the group in the Italian territory, will allow the company to offer new services to its customers in full compliance with the regulations in force as evidence of the CryptoLocalATM commitment to adapt to local regulations regarding cryptocurrencies.
Registration provides for the transmission to the OAM of data relating to operations carried out in the territory of the Italian Republic on a quarterly basis.
